Anyone remember me finding that little 1k 1/4w Allen Bradley CC resistor and using it for V2a's cathode? After hearing how good that sounded in that position (say, compared to 1/2w 1k's etc), I've been searching far and wide to get more for my other cathode resistors and finally tracked down these: I don't need 100 of them so might sell some, but now this means that I've finally got these type of resistors in the whole signal path for Channel I's gain stages. I'm assuming these sound so good because halving the wattage produces double the amount of 2nd order harmonics, and obviously they're Allen Bradley so they sound markedly better than the newly manufactured CC's.

Have you change all resistors to 1/4 watt

No - just the cathode resistors. 1/4w won't be enough wattage for some resistors elsewhere in the amp, so I'd calculate the wattage needed before I tried this anywhere else.
