Currently, mines the Celestion G12M reissue, but I've yet to try the new 'heritage' model.

I haven't tried a lot of speakers, but right now i'm running V30's in my 4X12, and, well, it sounds decent

Have tried late V30's and really didn't like them, late G12T75's and didn't like them either, a mix of G12H30 and Alnico Blues and did like that a whole lot, although same as everybody else who tried the heritage's, they really did take 100's and 100's of hours to break in and begin to feel sweet. They were very harsh for a long time. Currently I'm using 2X G12M-65's as a detuned cab in a 4X12 and liking that a lot too. Strangely I'm finding it brighter than the mix of Heritage and Blues though. I think I'll go back to them if only I can stop cranking my amp! Have no experience with any other brands. Really must try some scummies.
